Description of products/services
IronWaves produces and distributes a wide array of products manufactured from various metals such as mild steel, copper and stainless steel. Design services are available. Custom Art pieces created for individual clients are based on specific design needs. Pricing for custom pieces is determined and commissioned on a per order basis and agreed prior to production. A 50% deposit is required for order confirmation in most cases. Balance is due prior to delivery.
Most IronWaves products are unique in size and design and priced individually as each is created.
IronWaves has a 30 calendar-day return policy. Because of the artistic nature of our product each hand applied finish and hand created item may have slight variations from the picture on the web. These characteristics give each piece its own unique character, displaying true art.
Damaged/Defective Item Returns
Upon receipt each client is responsible for visually inspecting any package prior to acceptance from carrier. If your package has visual damage simply refuse delivery and the item will be returned to IronWaves. If you open your item and notice that there is damage or your product contact us immediately at 1.512.633.7710 or E Mail ; Info@IronWaves.com for repair or return instructions. In the case of a return a: Return Authorization Number (RA) will be assigned to identify your specific product. Returned items without RA cannot be accepted.
Authorized returns must be received in original packaging, and include all packaging materials, cartons, documentation, registration and warranty materials. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal. Returns must be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the invoice unless otherwise specified in writing by IronWaves LLC. All returns must include a return address and phone number. Note: Refund/return/exchange/cancellation or applicable warranty policies will be clear and easily accessible on IronWaves LLC Web site, catalog, customer contract/agreement or other sales vehicle.
Most freight will ship via UPS, unless otherwise specified. Certain larger items will be shipped LTL or common carrier. Client will be notified of delivery options prior to shipment. Product purchases are processed within 48 business hours. In-stock items ship within 3 business days. Custom commissioned orders ship upon completion. International orders are shipped according to international regulations and include all customs and duty requirements.
We use extensive security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of your data once it is in our records. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review only and is then discarded. The information is used only to improve the content of our Web site, customize the content and/or layout of our site for individual consumers and to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
